US ORDERS
shipped via USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation
Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours after receipt
of payment (usually the same day).
Winning Bidder will receive a notification email with the Delivery Confirmation
number once the item has been shipped.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Contact us immediately if
you have not received your order by then.
We do not offer local pickup but local customers should receive your order
within 1-2 days time after the item has been shipped.

Winning bidder will receive positive feedback
for quick payments
Winning bidder must make payment within 5 days of winning
the bid.
Negative feedback and non-paying bidder will be filed
with ebay leading to account suspension. We report all non-payments to
ebay on the 6th day of non-payment.
Do not bid if you do not plan to pay.
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address the customer
will be subject to additional shipping charges to reship the order to
the correct address.
Auction winner assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase
and usage of the product

Product Replacements:
Allowed for same product if defective or the incorrect item has been received.
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the product.
Buyer must cover shipping the item back to us while we will cover shipping
of the replacement item back to the customer.
All issues must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of

RMA number must be written clearly on the packaging.
